Three National Scholarship Programs
National Tuition Waiver Policy
Year 1–3 students who are rural (including township) residents, urban poverty students, or from financially disadvantaged families are eligible for completely free tuition for up to 3 years of technical education.
National Student Subsidy Grant
From Spring 2026, full-time Year 1–3 students from low-income or agriculture-related households may apply for ¥2,300 per year in government subsidy. Required documents include proof of minimum living allowance, poverty certificates, or Five-Guarantee household certification.
National Scholarship Award
Academically outstanding full-time students in Year 2 or above may be nominated by the college and approved by the government for the National Scholarship, offering a one-time award of up to ¥6,000 — approximately 1.5× annual tuition.
