Student Loan Document Upload Requirements

To apply for a student loan through AUFIN, you are required to upload specific documents that verify your academic status, financial capacity, and identity. Please read the instructions carefully and ensure all documents are submitted in the correct format and within the required timeframe.
⚠️ Important: Uploading your documents does not guarantee loan approval. All applications are subject to eligibility review and verification by  the lending institution.

📌 General Upload Guidelines

Document validity: Financial, academic, and invoice documents must be issued within the last 90 days.

Accepted file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, PDF, DOC, DOCX

📑 Required Documents

1. Proof of Program of Study (Mandatory)

If you have not yet started or have just begun your program, please upload your Admission Letter or Letter of Enrollment.
This document must clearly state:

2. Proof of Home Country Address (Mandatory)

Please upload proof of your permanent address in your home country 
Accepted documents include:

Valid government-issued photo ID with registered address

Utility bill (not older than 90 days)

Bank statement (not older than 90 days)

Signed and valid lease agreement
```

Paycheck or payslip (not older than 90 days)

Test score (taken within the last year)
```

If you reside with a friend or family member, please upload a document in their name, their valid government ID, and a brief explanation of your relationship in a single PDF file.

3. Additional Funding Documents (Mandatory)

Provide evidence of all additional funding sources available to you.

a. Personal Savings

Most recent bank statement (issued within the last 90 days) under your name.

b. Family or Sponsor Savings

Sponsor’s bank statement(s) (issued within the last 90 days)

Valid government-issued photo ID of the sponsor

Proof of relationship with the sponsor, such as:

4. Pay Stub or Job Offer Letter (If Employed)

5. Visa Page on Passport

If you already have a valid U.S. student visa, upload a clear copy of the visa page.
If your visa has expired, upload the latest I-797 form.

6. I-20 Form (the assigned agent)

Upload the first two pages of your executed I-20 form.
Ensure the first page includes:

Proof of STEM Program(e.g., I-20, official letter from your school, or a screenshot from the school website)
