Overview · How the Fees Work
Two-Stage Fee Structure
AUFIN uses a two-stage fee structure — you only pay the larger service fee after your child receives an official Admission Notice from a Chinese university. This means you’re never committed to a large payment without confirmation first.
💡 Why this matters: Most agencies charge everything upfront. AUFIN charges only $345 to start — the larger service fee is only due after you have an admission letter in hand. You verify before you commit.
Chapter 01 · Application Processing Fee
Invoice INV-2026-001
This is the only fee paid upfront. It covers everything needed to get your applications into up to 7 Chinese universities — fully managed by AUFIN.
Chapter 02 · Service Fee
Invoice INV-2026-002 · Paid After Admission Notice
Once your child receives an official Admission Notice from a Chinese university, the Service Fee becomes due. The amount depends on the scholarship result stated in the Admission Notice.
What's Included in the Service Fee
📊 Total estimated value of services included in the Self Funded tier alone: ~$1,630. With Partial Scholarship: ~$1,830. With Full Scholarship: ~$2,130. AUFIN’s service fee is priced to exactly reflect what you receive — dollar for dollar.
