📖 International Student Programs
The International Department offers three tailored learning pathways based on each student's Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency level:
🈶 Language Program
Designed for students with zero or minimal Mandarin. Intensive Chinese language learning combined with ESOL, Mathematics (in Chinese), and Cultural Arts.
Duration: Short-term (days/weeks) to one full semester. Students passing finals advance to Diploma or Regular Program.
📋 Diploma Program
Small classes exclusively for international students. Full academic curriculum in a supportive environment, preparing students for Chinese national standardized tests.
Subjects include: Chinese, Math, ESOL, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, IT, and more. Also includes HSK, IELTS & TOEFL preparation.
🏫 Regular Program
Full immersion — study alongside local Chinese students in standard classes. The highest level of integration available.
Middle School: HSK 5 ≥220 | High School: HSK 6 ≥220
Half-time option available for HSK 4 ≥260
📚 Curriculum & Teaching Method
The International Department uses a personalized, tiered teaching model — students are placed into appropriate levels based on their proficiency in Mandarin, Mathematics, and English. The teaching language is primarily Mandarin Chinese, with English taught as a subject (ESOL).
