-
Vienna is consistently ranked among the world’s most liveable cities, offering an exceptional quality of life
-
More affordable compared to many other Western European destinations
-
Evening classes (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM), allowing students to work while studying
Important Student Visa Information:
-
Students will apply under a pupil residence permit category
-
No dependents are permitted under this visa type
-
There is no automatic post-study work pathway; however, students may consult our immigration lawyer for further options after graduation
-
The visa process is handled by the university appointed immigration lawyer
-
An embassy appointment can be scheduled once students provide at least a draft rental agreement in Vienna for initial review
-
Upon approval of the rental agreement for residence permit purposes, the Austrian Embassy appointment can be requested
-
Students can then prepare the remaining documents (e.g. criminal record certificate) according to their appointment date
-
Regarding health insurance, the list of accepted providers is issued by MA 35 and cannot be modified. Based on experience, most students opt for affordable student insurance plans from Care Concept or Expat & Co..
